The Knight Foundation Wants You to Grow a Mustache!

The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation has given $245,000 to support a nationwide mustache challenge this fall, to inspire young men to invest time, energy and facial hair, in local public education.Mustaches for Kids chapters in Knight Foundation communities are eligible to win the following prizes, which will go directly to local classrooms in their area through DonorsChoose.org:

~~~Matching Dollars~~~Any chapter that raises at least $10,000 for local classroomswill be eligible for $10,000 in matching dollars.

~~~Chapters that Raise the Most Money~~~1st Place: $75,0002nd Place: $25,0003rd Place: $10,000

~~~Chapters with the Most Growers~~~1st Place: $50,0002nd Place: $25,0003rd Place: $10,000Knight Foundation Qualifying CommunitiesMustaches for Kids chapters in the following cities are eligible for the Knight Foundation matching dollars and prize dollars described above:
