Last month, we announced our a $1 million partnership with Chevron to help fund classroom projects in Alameda and Contra Costa counties in California. Well, Fuel Your School is its name and we’ve got lots of information to share about how to get involved. Here’s what's happening:Chevron is making it easy for members of the Alameda and Contra Costa county communities to bring funding to local classroom projects just by stopping by a nearby Chevron station. From September 1-30, Chevron will donate $1 toward a classroom project every time you purchase eight (8) or more gallons of gasoline at any one of their stations in Alameda or Contra Costa Counties. If you fill-up in Oakland, Chevron will donate $1 toward new microscopes, computers or leveled reading books for Oakland schools. How to get involved:Are you a teacher?
