You must be 18 or older and donate at least $50 through this Campaign page between August 14 and September 7, 2026. The Video offer is limited to the first 200 eligible donors, based on DonorsChoose’s transaction timestamp, and is limited to one Video per donor. After donating, you must complete DonorsChoose’s personalization form by Thursday, September 30, 12:00 AM ET.
DonorsChoose will collect your email address and limited information about your fantasy league and its participants. DonorsChoose will share this information with Cynthia Frelund and her approved providers only to verify eligibility and create, deliver, and support your Video. Submit only information you have permission to share. Do not provide full legal names, sensitive information, confidential information, or information about minors.
Requests that are unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, infringing, incomplete, or unusable may be rejected. Videos are expected by September 1st, September 4th, and September 7th, but timing is not guaranteed. Videos are for personal, noncommercial use only and may not be sold, used in advertising, misleadingly edited, or used to imply an endorsement.The tax-deductible amount of your payment may be reduced by the fair market value of the Video.
