Here at DonorsChoose we share the love everyday, from beautiful pictures on Instagram to inspiring posts on Facebook.
On our own site, we used stars next to projects, teachers, and schools to let visitors easily save their favorites. We noticed that the stars weren’t getting much love, so with some helpful insight from a National Advisory Council member, we made the switch from stars to hearts. We were blown away by the results: twice as many visitors used the hearts to favorite projects across our site!
