In February we announced Horace Mann's commitment of $250,000 for a Double Your Impact offer on our site. The response was tremendous, and in less than six weeks the funding had been spent. Check out the results:
- 1,729 fully funded projects
- 138,000 students supported
- 904 schools with at least one funded project (many of which had never used DonorsChoose.org before!)
We're very thankful to Horace Mann for their tremendous partnership, and we look forward to what's next. In fact, Horace Mann agents across the country are using DonorsChoose.org gift cards to help teachers in their communities as we speak!
