January 12-18: The Best Time to Create Your First DonorsChoose Project

Share:

Teachers: we know that you always aspire to offer the best experiences for your students and that sometimes the resources you need to do so go beyond your school’s budget. Whether it’s spicing up your classroom walls and bookshelves, getting more organized, or honing new skills through professional development, DonorsChoose is here to help.

From January 12th–18th, we want to help you start the new year right. Teachers who submit their first DonorsChoose project during this time will get a $50 welcome donation. Also, returning DonorsChoose teachers can earn a $25 DonorsChoose gift card when referring a new teacher who submits their first project.

New to DonorsChoose?

We’re a nonprofit classroom funding site for public school teachers. Teachers create their classroom requests on our site, and donors across the nation give to the projects that inspire them. Your requests can cover just about any classroom needs, including books, basic supplies, flexible seating, 3D printers, gardening equipment, musical instruments, field trips, classroom technology, professional development, and more. During this last school year, we were able to help over 140,000 teachers and bring over 250,000 classroom projects to life. You can be the next teacher to bring new opportunities to your classroom. Create your first DonorsChoose project between January 12th and 18th and you will get a $50 welcome donation to help you get started!
