The Ravalli Republic recently featured The Greater Ravalli Foundation and its efforts to bring educational materials to Ravalli County classrooms. Inspired by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Double Your Impact program supporting high need and rural high schools, the Greater Ravalli Foundation is partnering with DonorsChoose.org to help fund college prep projects in Ravalli County, Montana.So, if you are a high school teacher in Ravalli County, now is a great time to submit a classroom project to www.donorschoose.org/teachers. As the Foundation spokesperson explained to the Ravalli Republic, “small amounts of money can be donated by people and when combined with donations from other people, it really can make things happen.
