Alfred S. Santos

Alfred S. Santos is an award-winning STEM educator dedicated to expanding equity and access in STEM education. As the District STEM Program Coordinator at Harvest Preparatory Academy in Yuma, Arizona, he empowers underrepresented students through innovative teaching and inclusive learning environments. Over the past decade, his programs have produced 16 Regeneron ISEF finalists and numerous award-winning young scientists. A 2022 Arizona Science Teacher of the Year, Alfred is pursuing a Master’s in Education Leadership at Harvard. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, he is committed to shaping a new generation of STEM leaders from underrepresented backgrounds.
